Joining the latest craze, the FIT BIT, Surge, has me challenged. It’s not so much the activity or even the documenting caloric intake as much as it is navigating the system. For some it may be  a simple process, for others it can be a lesson in utter frustration. The important thing to remember the intent (a) is to improve or maintain a healthy lifestyle (b) give you something else to learn which engages your brain and (c) to have another tool in your bag of tricks.
